Thank you for coming by Low Calorie Beverages! I have been able to lose a lot of unhealthy weight the past couple years, and along with a more balanced diet, switching from sugar sweetened beverages to low/no calorie beverages helped me shave 300-600 calories a day off of what I usually consumed. That is about 3,000 or more calories per week I was able to eliminate; and as you may know, 3,000 calories equals roughly one pound of fat.
